I've tried a lot of medical offices in SF (One Medical, Kaiser, UCSF, Sutter, Golden Gate Urgent Care, etc.) and Carbon was the best before they stopped accepting my insurance this year. * Their mobile app is easy to navigate and works well most of the time * Never had trouble getting same-day urgent care * Billing seemed fair and correct * With one exception, I don't recall ever waiting more than 10min past my appointment time * Doctors always replied promptly via the app * This location has a small in-house pharmacy so I was able to get antibiotics on the spot right after my appointment In short, the service was on par or better than One Medical but without any membership fee. Would go back in a heartbeat if they accepted Anthem again.
